Launch draft -- not attorney-reviewed

This document is a plain-language launch draft describing our actual refund and cancellation practices. It has not been reviewed by a licensed attorney or by counsel specializing in consumer billing regulations for your jurisdiction.

1. Subscriptions and Paddle

Paid subscriptions are sold and billed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle, not RegDemand, is the seller of record for your subscription and processes the actual charge to your payment method. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle may separately apply its own buyer refund policies in addition to the policy described below.

2. Cancel anytime, no refund for the remaining period

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Paddle's customer portal (Settings > Billing). Cancelling stops future renewal charges, but does not end access immediately -- you keep your plan's features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. We do not currently offer prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, whether you cancel mid-period or simply stop using the product.

3. Failed or disputed charges

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle automatically retries the charge over the following days; your subscription is marked "past due" but keeps full access during that window. If you believe you were charged in error -- for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after you already cancelled -- contact us at mandateradar@gmail.com and we will review it with Paddle.

4. No refunds for reasons outside our control

We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with regulatory coverage, company-match results, or business outcomes -- RegDemand is business intelligence, not a guarantee of any result, as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Full billing terms

This page covers refunds and cancellation specifically. For the complete billing terms -- plans, payment timing, failed-payment handling, plan changes, and usage limits -- see our Billing Policy.

6. Contact

Refund and billing questions can be sent to mandateradar@gmail.com.
