RegDemand is a business-intelligence product that tracks regulatory developments and surfaces candidate companies -- potential buyers and vendors -- that may be affected by them. It is a research aid, not legal advice, not a compliance certification, and not a guarantee of any business outcome.

Nothing in RegDemand constitutes legal advice. Regulatory summaries, applicability scores, and company matches are generated from automated analysis of public sources and are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify obligations against the linked primary source and consult qualified counsel before acting on any regulatory matter.

Regulatory tracking and company discovery depend on the public sources described at /coverage. These sources are incomplete by nature, and our matching between regulations and companies is probabilistic -- it estimates likely relevance from available evidence, it does not verify legal applicability. A company appearing as a match is not confirmation that the regulation applies to it, and a company's absence from our results is not confirmation that it is unaffected.

Coverage quality is not uniform. US company discovery draws on SEC EDGAR and GLEIF with industry-code filtering; non-US company discovery is comparatively limited and experimental. See /coverage for the full breakdown.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when creating an account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to use RegDemand to scrape, resell, or redistribute its data in bulk, to attempt to circumvent plan limits or quotas, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose.

RegDemand provides regulatory and commercial-impact intelligence about organizations -- it does not provide personal contact lists, email or phone enrichment, or outbound email automation. You may not use the service to facilitate spam, unlawful unsolicited communications, harassment, or violations of applicable privacy or marketing laws.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. Full billing terms, including cancellation and grace-period handling, are described in our Billing Policy, and our Refund Policy describes exactly when refunds are and are not available.

RegDemand is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any opportunity, buyer candidate, or vendor candidate identified through the service will result in any business outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegDemand and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including business decisions made in reliance on its output.
